1. Service scope
Ahdna is provided by ELHAKIM (PTY) LTD, company number 2021/622573/07, registered in South Africa. Registered office shown in the supplied CIPC company record: 50 Von Brandis Street, Marshalltown, Johannesburg CBD, Gauteng, 2000, South Africa. The membership-request service is designed for worldwide scope and adults aged 18+; the home page shows the form's current operating status. When the form is available, a request creates no account and does not guarantee acceptance; review, acceptance and invitations remain manual.
For accepted members, the web experience includes profile and preference onboarding; zero to three daily suggestions when eligibility gates pass; interests and mutual acceptance; text-only conversations after a mutual match; limited family-reference invitations; reports and blocks; support; privacy controls; and appeals. The current Android release gives invited members sign-in, onboarding, suggestions, interests, text-only conversations after mutual acceptance, reporting, blocking, support, and privacy controls.
Suggestions may be zero, and Ahdna may pause discovery or a service for review, capacity or safety. The Arabic community is a separate limited experience outside the first access contract. The Android member app is distributed only through authorised test or store channels and remains subject to store review and member invitation. An iOS app, calls, payments, and a full family room have not launched.
2. Eligibility and consent
You must be at least 18. Saving a profile confirms your age and expressly accepts the current Terms, Privacy Notice, Safety Guide, and Child Safety Standards displayed in the form. Current versions must be accepted before discovery can run.
Your age statement is not verification. An age-review request opens a capacity-limited manual review and proves nothing until the server marks it verified with an expiry.
3. Profiles, suggestions, and communication
Use a public alias. Do not include a phone number, email, or social handle in profiles or messages. Hard boundaries are not widened secretly. A suggestion explanation is a product signal, not a scientific score or compatibility guarantee.
On the web and in the Android app, chat is text-only and opens after mutual interest. You may withdraw an interest before it becomes a match, and you may block a member at any time to stop contact. A family invitation is a short-lived, one-time token; acceptance cannot let a guest speak for you and does not mean a family room or call is active.
4. Prohibited conduct and the separate community experience
A person under 18 may not use or attempt to use the service, and nobody may help a minor create an account or bypass an age gate. Harassment, hate, fraud, money requests, impersonation, disclosure of another person’s data, off-platform contact attempts, or bypassing safeguards are prohibited.
Sexual exploitation or abuse of any person is strictly prohibited, including non-consensual intimate imagery. This specifically includes child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) and creating, soliciting, uploading, storing, sharing, selling, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Grooming, sexual coercion or extortion, trafficking or its facilitation, and any paid or compensated arrangement for sexual or romantic access—including compensated dating or “sugar dating”—are also prohibited.
The same rules apply across every Ahdna surface, including the separate limited Arabic community, which is not part of the first access promise. After documented review, Ahdna may hide content, remove a message, close a match, suspend an account, and report to child-protection or law-enforcement authorities when required. A report creates a trackable reference but never promises a particular outcome. Appealable decisions are shown to the affected member without revealing the reporter.
5. Safety and verification
Ahdna currently performs no background check and does not prove marital status or financial readiness. Never send money. Do not move a new conversation off-platform before building sufficient trust. The current age-review screen does not collect an identity document; only a server-confirmed, time-limited state appears as verified.
6. Availability, support, and limits
The current release is free and may change or pause during review. There are no payments or subscriptions. Core reporting, blocking, and safety features will not be placed behind a subscription.
A support request confirms receipt with a reference and status; response time is not guaranteed. Ahdna is not an emergency service or a substitute for legal, medical, or financial advice.
