1. Delete from your account

Sign in to Ahdna, open the Privacy center, and choose Delete account. The screen explains the deletion scope and asks for the exact confirmation phrase before submitting.

Securely open the Privacy center

2. If you cannot sign in

Email privacy@ahdna.co from the address connected to the account with the subject “Ahdna account deletion request.” State that you want the account deleted. Never include a password, sign-in code, or identity document in the first message.

We will request only the minimum information needed to confirm account ownership. The reply will not create a new account or be used for marketing.

3. What is deleted and what remains in the current implementation

The deletion path removes the associated Supabase Auth sign-in identity and active provider sessions, profile and preferences, the current verification check and consent records, non-shared interests and suggestions, invitations, support records, block records you created, and every message row and body authored by you.

It does not delete messages authored by the other member. The shared conversation and match are closed, while the counterparty's messages and closed conversation/match metadata remain. Block records created by the other member remain, as do verification-attempt records that became part of a moderation case or decision. A minimal security tombstone, safety reports, and moderation decisions and audit history also remain under restricted controls. These are actual retained categories, not merely hypothetical legal exceptions.

See the Data Retention Schedule and approval status and the Privacy Notice. Ahdna does not promise a final retention period for these categories before one is approved and published.

4. Retention approval and public-launch gate

No final retention period has yet been approved for counterparty messages, closed conversation/match metadata, block records created by the other member, verification-attempt records linked to a moderation case or decision, safety and moderation records, or the minimal deletion tombstone. Public production launch remains closed until the schedule is approved for the relevant categories and markets, the effective version is published, and deletion is connected to backup and restore procedures.

5. Separate membership requests

A public membership request is technically separate from an account. If you submitted a request but never received an account, use the private withdrawal link shown at submission or contact Privacy from the same email used for the request.
