1. Scope and express prohibition

Ahdna is a purposeful-marriage service only for adults aged 18 or older. Minors may not create an account or use member services. We prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), whether presented as images, video, text, audio, links, or digitally generated or altered content.

This prohibition includes grooming, sexual extortion, soliciting, offering or distributing CSAM, trafficking, facilitating or glorifying abuse, and attempts to move a child or suspected child to a private channel. It applies to profiles, suggestions, messages, reports, support, and every surface operated by Ahdna.

2. How to report

Use the report control from the relevant member, suggestion, or conversation context and select “Underage concern” or the closest available category. Do not download, resend, or copy the material into a report; select the message or conversation itself when the product allows it.

If the reporting control is unavailable, send a short description and relevant link or case reference—without attaching CSAM—to support@ahdna.co. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency or child-protection services first. Ahdna is not an emergency service.

3. Response and safeguarding

Ahdna prioritises child-safety reports, restricts access to an account or content when necessary, preserves the minimum evidence and logs needed securely, and limits review to authorised personnel. We may remove content, pause discovery or messaging, suspend an account, or ban it permanently. We do not disclose information to the reported person that could identify a reporter or endanger a child or investigation.

4. CSAM and competent authorities

Ahdna handles CSAM under applicable law. We report confirmed instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), or to the competent regional law-enforcement or child-protection authority, as jurisdiction requires, and preserve data and respond to valid legal requests. We do not investigate beyond our authority or interfere with an official investigation.

5. Enforcement and appeals

A breach or attempted breach may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or a permanent ban, alongside a regulatory or law-enforcement report where required. An eligible decision may be challenged through the published appeal route, but an appeal does not restore illegal content or delay action needed to protect a child.

6. Designated child-safety contact

Ahdna's designated contact for child safety and CSAE matters is support@ahdna.co. The service is operated by ELHAKIM (PTY) LTD, company number 2021/622573/07, South Africa.
